For over a decade, I was an active runner, regularly competing in 5K races. After sustaining a CrossFit-related injury, I shifted my focus from competing to mentoring, taking on an active, though unofficial, role within a local running club.

In addition, I have supported the development of D1 athletes. My firsthand experience guiding my own D1 athlete has provided deep insight into elite training environments, performance expectations, and the discipline required to help athletes reach their full potential.

I plan to bring this depth of experience, performance mindset, and athlete-centered leadership approach into my new role at the Prep, applying these principles to drive results and long-term team success.
