In accordance with M-DCPS, Riviera Schools will be closed on
Wednesday, October 9, 2024.
Application Process
Preschool & Kindergarten
Applications for the 2025-2026 school year are accepted beginning September 1, 2024. The application must be completed online (applicants must first create an account through the online admission system). You will be guided step by step through the process which will include the following:
- Completing the online application
- Completing the recommendation forms (if applicable)
- Submitting school records (if applicable)
- Submitting a copy of the birth certificate or passport
- Submitting the Release of Records Form (if applicable)
- Submitting the application fee
Riviera does not conduct admission exams for entrance into these levels. In order to attend, children must be fully toilet trained.
Applications are due by January 15, 2025 and admission decisions are emailed on February 28. If Riviera issues an acceptance, in order to enroll, parents must access the online admission system to complete their enrollment packet and submit the enrollment fee.
Applications submitted after the January 15 deadline are reviewed on a rolling admissions basis and are subject to space availability.
EARLY ADMISSION
Early admission is intended for prospective students who know that Riviera is the first choice for school. Applications must be completed by November 1, 2024. Early admission decisions are emailed on or before December 6, 2024. Accepted students must enroll within seven week days from the date of acceptance by submitting the binding online enrollment contract and enrollment fee.
